Cancellation Policy

Services Covered** This policy applies to all virtual consultations offered: - Free 15‑Minute Consultation - 60‑Minute Behavior Modification Training Consultation - CSAT Consultation & Real‑Time Departure Evaluation 2. Booking & Payment - Free 15‑Minute Consultation: No payment required. - Paid Services: Payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. - Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received and all required intake forms are submitted. 3. Intake Form Requirement Clients must complete the required intake form before the scheduled session. For paid CSAT and Behavior Modification Consultations, a longer intake form may be provided to ensure a thorough understanding of your dog’s history, routines, and behavior. If the form is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the session may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - 48+ hours notice:You may cancel or reschedule. No refunds for cancellations, but rescheduling is allowed. - Less than 48 hours notice: The session is **non‑refundable** and may not be rescheduled. - No‑shows: Non‑refundable. - Free 15‑Minute Consultation: May be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice. 5. Provider Cancellations The provider may cancel or reschedule at any time due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, clients will be offered the next available appointment time. 6. Technology Requirements Clients are responsible for ensuring: - A stable internet connection - A quiet, distraction‑free environment - Functioning audio and video If technical issues on the client’s end prevent the session from continuing, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation. 7. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session. 8. Scope of Online Services Virtual consultations provide education, guidance, and high‑level behavior support. Without an in‑home assessment, these sessions do not include diagnosis. Clients will receive a written recap and action items following paid consultations.
